SPAH

Syracuse Partners Against Hunger is an ad hoc committee of the IFC. It consists of concerned citizens working with the IFC to collect food and raise awareness of hunger in Syracuse. SPAH is looking to find companies that are willing to help in the fight against hunger and poverty in Syracuse and surrounding areas. The mission of SPAH is to develop partnerships with strategic groups within the community and leverage those partnerships to raise food, funds for food and public awareness.

By participating in SPAH you are showing the community that you and your organization understand the need and are willing to help. The IFC will reach out periodically to make companies aware of upcoming opportunities to contribute to this cause.

The second annual Community Food Drive is slated for April 5-16 2010.  For more information please contact the IFC office at 474-8855.

You can also learn more about this year’s SPAH event by viewing the 2010 SPAH Information Sheet. You can register to participate with SPAH by visiting our registration page or by printing and mailing or faxing in the SPAH Registration form.
